Rental Cabin Information

Each unit is individually addressed on Riverbend Trail. See map for unit specific street addresses.

 

Rent: $1200 per month

Deposit: $600

Total Move-In Costs: $3,000 (first, last, and deposit)

 

Rent is due on the 1st day of each month

A $50 late fee will be charged for any rent that is delivered after the 5th day of the month. Tenant will be charged an additional $10 per day for any rent that is delivered after 5:00 p.m. on the 5th day of each month.

 

Parking for your unit: 2 spaces/2 vehicle max near unit.  Additional cars must be parked in parking lot located at front of property.

 

Trash: Dumpster is located on southwest corner of property.  Trash may be deposited at any time. Dumpster pick up is on Tuesday morning.

Water: On site well/treatment system supplies water to units. Water quality/safety is compliant with all Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment regulations.

Please note: Outside hose bibs (faucets) throughout the property provide non-potable water intended solely for irrigation.

Private  delivery companies (FedEx, UPS, etc.) will deliver to cabins

Additional Information

 

Dogs: One dog permitted per unit, with prior landlord approval. Dogs only allowed off leash when under voice control and attended. Owner is responsible for barking dogs at all times. If your dog barks in your absence it is your responsibility to address the issue.

 

Please note: No storage allowed on patio.

 

Maintenance: Property manager may be called for stove, refrigerator, disposal, toilet, and faucet repair.  If you notice any leaks of any kind (e.g CONTINUOUS TOILET RUNNING, water under washer and dryer) please notify property manager immediately.
